Atlanta, GA33 Holdings LLC, a leading global private equity real estate investment firm, announced that it has acquired a community of 33 Foreclosed TownHomes in a 46-Unit Gated Townhome community in Atlanta, GA. The community is located 2 miles west of the newly launched Tyler Perry Studios at Ft McPherson on Campbellton Rd in Atlanta, GA.

This marks 33 Holdings LLC’s 20th Acquisition in the last 9 Months since the launch of its Single Family Residential Fund – 33H Fund II LLC in Q1 2019, it is a $30M Fund targeting South East US Residential Value Add & Opportunistic Asset Acquisitions over the next 3-5 Years. “We are making some very strategic value add acquisitions which are InTown & in the Suburbs, as we hedge against the growing population of Metro Atlanta and provide risk adjusted double digit returns to our investor base. There is more work to do here, as we plan to acquire the remainder of the vacant & foreclosed (13) Units from various banks so we can ensure the community is able to house affordable tenants in this Community” said Corey Oldknow, Chief Acquisitions Officer of 33 Holdings LLC. All units acquired are vacant and require Capital Improvements which 33 Holdings plans to be doing over the next 6 months and stabilize the asset via its fully integrated leasing, management & construction subsidiaries by Q1 2020.

The TownHome Community offers 2 Bed/1.5Bath or 2 Bed/2.5 Bath Homes. The units feature stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood flooring in all living areas, large walk-in closets and full-size washers and dryers. The homes also have private Balconies. Community Amenities that 33 Holdings is planning on developing include kids play area & BBQ picnic area along with Gated Community Offering for the needed security/luxury to live close to Downtown & ATL Airport and yet be tucked away.
