Homes to be brought to market rent and held in long-term rental Portfolio<\/em><\/p>\n

(Atlanta, Georgia: September 16, 2020)<\/strong> \u2013 33 Holdings acquires a portfolio of 28 single-family stabilized rental homes from a private owner. This portfolio consists of single-family homes that are 100% rented and stabilized. A portion of the properties will be need minor renovation and brought to market rent and held in 33 Holdings long term rental portfolio.<\/p>\n

Majority of the homes are located close to the City of Woodstock, GA which is one of the fastest growing cities in Georgia. The homes average 1695 Sq. Ft and have 3 Beds & 2 Baths at min and are built Mid-1980’s. All are located within a 0.5 Mile radius of each other and are in close proximity to downtown Woodstock, Interstate 575 & Hwy 92.\u00a0 Most of the tenants are long term tenants who will continue to stay, while the homes are managed by 33 Realty Management LLC – which is a subsidiary of 33 Holdings LLC which leases, manages Residential & Commercial Assets for 33 Holdings & other third party clients.<\/p>\n
